Amy Watson is an associate with Alvarez, Thompson, & Smoak, P.A., where her practice area is focused on litigation.
Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. Thereafter she received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Amy served as an editor on the Children and Family Law Journal, as well as a Research and Writing Assistant.
Before practicing, she was a legal intern at a local criminal defense firm as well as a volunteer at the Orange County Bar Association. Before joining Alavarez, Thompson & Smoak, P.A., Amy worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the 9th Judicial Circuit where she gained valuable knowledge, trial experience, and case management skills.
Originally from England, Amy has resided in Florida since 2004. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
