Gary M. Seberry is Of Counsel with Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak, P.A. His practice area focuses on litigation.
Gary earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter, he earned his JD degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Gary has significant insurance defense litigation experience, managing a wide variety of cases including auto negligence, negligent security, first party property, and premises liability.
He has a passion for giving back to the community and has volunteered at Brevard Legal Aid, helping to provide access to justice for those in need.
Gary Seberry was born and raised in Merritt Island, Florida. In his spare time, Gary enjoys reading, writing, traveling, cheering for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and playing with his dog, Little Rascal.
